Service Description

Take flight with Hummingbird Heart Yoga on select Rise & Root session dates! Session Includes: 60min Aerial session with Hummingbird Heart Yoga *pre-registration required Available Dates/Times: Friday, August 6th - 3:30pm Sunday, August 22nd - 3:30pm Explore a 60min outdoor, shared practice in the AERIAL hammock with Lauren/Hummingbird Heart Yoga. Feel positively connected to yourself, your body, and the fluttering magic of this present moment while flourishing in your own self-confidence, strength, and love for all that you CAN do. ​ I will provide and set up the X-Pole USA aerial a-frame rig and all the equipment, hardware, support, and aerial fabric to guarantee a fun and safe aerial experience. **This session has a maximum of 5 participants (min 2)** Please, understand that you will be sharing/taking turns on the aerial hammock with 4 other people during the aerial session. This is not a private session. When you sign up for this session, you are reserving one spot out of four. **Sessions will be canceled and refunded in cases of inclement weather.** **Aerial A-Frame Rig: rated up to 330 lbs, Hammock fabric: rated up to 2500 lbs, Daisy Chain Rope: 3400 lbs tensile strength, Steel Carabiners: rated at 5620 lbs each** A liability waiver provided on the day of the session must be signed before participating. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact at least 24 hours in advance. Email hummingbirdheartyoga@gmail.com to confirm your cancelation. Some sessions will be canceled and refunded in cases of inclement weather and other circumstances. Hummingbird Heart Yoga has the right to cancel or make changes to any existing session for any reason. You will receive an email detailing any cancelations and/or changes.
